This August, the best collegiate track cyclists in the southeast will again descend on Dick Lane Velodrome in East Point, Atlanta to compete for the SECCC Track Cup! The Southeast Collegiate Cycling Conference (SECCC) will be having only one track race this year, and Georgia Tech Cycling is proud to again be hosting this event with Dick Lane Velodrome.
New this year: We’re adding high school category races! So come on down to the velodrome on Saturday, August 23rd for you chance to compete in, or just watch cycling’s fastest, most exciting, and most spectator friendly discipline! Racing starts at 4PM!
Are you a collegiate or high school cyclist that wants to compete but has never ridden on a track before? Well you’re in luck, because Dick Lane Velodrome has offered to host a beginner’s track class the morning before the races, for the 50% off price of just $30! Don’t miss this great chance to get started on the track!
Please see the race flyer below, but send any additional questions to wryancollins@gatech.edu. Looking forward to seeing you there!
